Precision die manufacturing by Herd Manufacturing Inc. focuses on progressive dies and is located in a 60,000 square foot facility with 50,000 square feet of manufacturing space. We currently have the capabilities to create dies as large as 96″ x 48″ x 24″ and our equipment can handle a standard Class A tolerance of +/-.001″ or tighter. Serving a number of industries such as automotive, construction, and electronics, we manufacture a wide variety of dies, including stamping, coining and draw dies, using CNC machining, surface grinding, and Wire EDM.
